If you’re a parent, you’ve probably noticed how much pressure teens face today. You want your teen to be happy, confident, and resilient - but lately, you’ve noticed they’re struggling. Maybe your teen seems anxious, overwhelmed, or just not like themselves lately. You want to help, but you’re not sure how - and that’s where I come in. I offer teens a space where they can sort through their thoughts and feelings without judgment, develop coping skills, and build confidence in who they are.

I also work with adults who feel stuck - whether that’s navigating a big life change, struggling with anxiety, feeling lost, unsure of what’s next, or an underlying sense that you should have it all together by now but don’t. And for couples, I help untangle patterns of miscommunication and disconnection so you can rebuild trust and closeness.

More than anything, I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. That’s my priority in every session - creating a space where you can show up as you are, knowing you don’t have to figure things out alone.
