Meet Rhylee,

Accepting New Clients
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed - by their thoughts, their relationships, or navigating being a teen in today's world. You might feel like you should be able to handle things on your own, yet the stress, self-doubt, or constant problem-solving has started to take a toll. In our work together, you don’t have to carry it alone.
I take a practical, collaborative approach, helping you understand what’s feeding your patterns while also offering tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build skills that support meaningful change, and find a path forward that feels manageable and hopeful. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, conflict, or a big life transition, therapy with me is a space where you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported - not judged.
I work with teens, adults, and couples, and I place high value on building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and like you’re actually getting something out of therapy. You deserve to feel more grounded and empowered in your life, and I’m here to help you get there.
