The clients I work with often feel confused by their own reactions - calm one moment, overwhelmed the next. They find themselves stuck in the same arguments, the same patterns, or the same loops within their families or relationships. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. These reactions make sense when we understand what they’re trying to protect.
In therapy, I help you gently explore the parts of yourself that show up when you’re hurt, scared, or disconnected. Together, we’ll make sense of where these patterns come from, what they’re trying to do for you, and how to create new ways of relating to yourself and the people you love. My hope is that therapy with me feels calm and curious - a place where you can talk openly, reflect honestly, and feel supported without pressure. We’ll gently sort through what’s been weighing on you and make space for things to feel a little lighter and clearer.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, offering a neutral, warm, and compassionate space where you can explore the concerns that feel hardest to talk about. Healing is possible - not by pushing yourself harder, but by approaching your inner world with understanding and patience. You don’t have to navigate this alone, and I’m honoured to walk alongside you.
