The relationship we have with ourselves can be complicated and painful.
Maybe you’re feeling anxious more often than not, stuck in your head with worries that are hard to quiet. Or maybe you’ve been feeling low — like the energy, motivation, or passion you used to have just isn’t there right now. Sometimes, the ways you’ve been coping don’t quite line up with the kind of life or values you want to live by, and that can be frustrating or discouraging.
Sometimes relationships also get stuck. You might be caught in tension at home, feeling distant from your partner, or unsure how to help your teen who’s clearly struggling. It’s painful to care so deeply and not know how to fix things.
If you're a parent, you may have noticed your teen has been more anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down. I offer teens a space where they can speak freely, learn how to manage their emotions, and feel more confident in who they are.
As a trauma-informed, strengths-based therapist, I support individuals, couples, and families in understanding what’s keeping them stuck — and in shifting those patterns so they can feel more connected and at ease. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship stress, family conflict or parenting challenges, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what truly matters to you.
Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop new tools, and work toward greater clarity, connection, and relief.
