The clients I work with often feel stuck in painful or confusing relationship patterns. Maybe conversations turn into the same arguments, distance has grown between you and your partner, or family dynamics feel overwhelming to navigate. You might find yourself wondering why things escalate the way they do, or feeling unsure how to reconnect with the people you care about most. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. These patterns often make sense when we understand what they’re trying to protect or communicate beneath the surface.
In therapy, we’ll gently explore the patterns that show up in your relationships - whether with a partner, child, parent, or within your family system. Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the reactions, emotions, and communication cycles that can keep people feeling stuck. My role is to help create space for curiosity and understanding, so you can begin to relate to yourself and the people in your life with more clarity, compassion, and intention. My hope is that therapy with me feels calm and collaborative - a place where you can speak openly, reflect honestly, and feel supported as you work toward healthier, more connected relationships.
I work with couples, families, teens, and adults, offering a neutral, warm, and compassionate space where even the hardest conversations can be explored safely. My work often includes supporting individuals navigating relationship challenges, couples looking to strengthen or rebuild their relationship, families navigating challenges, parents seeking support through transitions such as postpartum or parenting stress, and teens whose therapy may benefit from involving caregivers in the process. Healing in relationships is possible when we slow down, understand one another more deeply, and approach change with patience and care. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone, and I’m honoured to support you along the way.
